WHAT IS SEMI REALISM?
Realistic Art
This style is a range between impressionism and realism.
The artist uses a blending and feathering technique, detail brushes, and studio-quality oil paint to crate a realistic masterpiece.
REFERENCE IMAGE
Who is the artist painting?
The artist creates the portraits with a well lighted, high-resolution image of the person being painted.
The artist can not use a low-quality, blurry or dark photo because it will affect the overall quality portrait.
You can also provide images of a destination or item that you want to be included in the artwork.
OIL PAINTING PROCESS
Slow Drying Layers & Varnishing
Oil Paintings use mediums that take a long time to dry in between layers. It will take 6-8 weeks to complete an oil painting,
After the final approval, it will be varnished with satin or high gloss varnish. Then will take an additional week to dry before it is ready to be shipped.
If you would like to expedite the process to 2-4 weeks to complete, I will require an additional fee.

A handmade portrait is a wonderful gift for couples, a group of friends, and family members.
ADDITIONAL BACKGROUND COLORS
The portrait comes with a solid color background. You can add additional colors to create gradients and abstract patterns.
LANDSCAPES AND FLORAL ARRAIGNMENTS
Are you looking to add uniqueness to the painting instead of a solid color background? I can create a beautiful landscape behind the portrait or add flowers and abstract patterns.
FULL BODY PORTRAIT
The commission included a portrait of someone from their head to waist. This option is only available for canvas sizes 16x20 and up. The larger the canvas the more details you are able to add to the painting.
