WHAT TECHNIQUES DO YOU USE TO PRINT ART?
I use programs like Procreate, Affinity Photo, and Lightroom to create and edit my digital paintings.
Digital art prints are fulfilled by a 3rd party provider. The image is uploaded to their services and then printed on the shirt, tote bag, sticker, etc.
Other prints are from photos of the original painting made with oil and acrylic.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY FOR PRINTS?
I use a print-on-demand company, Printify, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered.
If there is a problem with an order and/or the received products, please get in touch within 14 days of product delivery. Printify offers a free replacement or a refund in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error.
In case a replacement order is arranged, there is no need to send the original order back to us.
If you are unsatisfied with your order please get in touch within 14 days. You will receive email instruction on where to return the print and a full refund if the product is in excellent condition.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
I use a dropship service that delivers our products around the United States.
If you live internationally please email us prior to making your order so I can estimate the price of shipping.
Commissioned artwork can be shipped internationally. The price is estimated in the quote.
WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE POLICY FOR PRINTS?
Since Printify is a print on demand company, returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size or color.
If you would like to exchange for these reason, get it touch within 7 days of product delivery. We will respond with instructions on where to ship your exchange order and tracking information for the new item.
The replacement will be shipped out as soon as the product is received. The product must be remain in good condition and have all the tags and packaged carefully.
Damaged items will not be exchanged.
